libfastjet0v5 software package provides Fast C++ code for the kt and other jet algorithms, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfastjet0v5
libfastjet0v5 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfastjet0v5 package were installed using the commands given below,
